How long do orders take?
You can select your preferred delivery or pickup date and time at checkout. Place your order before 12pm for next-day delivery across Sydney (Monday – Saturday). For larger or custom event orders, we recommend booking at least a week in advance.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we deliver across Sydney 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday). Enter your postcode at checkout to see your delivery options.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
We deliver to most Sydney suburbs. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm, or send us a quick message if you’re unsure.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes — pickup is available. Just select the pickup option at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready at the confirmed time and location.
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely. Every box can include a personalised note — perfect for spoiling someone special. 🎉
Do you do live catering?
Yes — our team brings the Sticky Bakes experience straight to your event. Weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions — we’ll serve gooey puddings and desserts live, creating sweet moments your guests won’t forget.
How far in advance should I book catering?
You can request your preferred event date when enquiring. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, as dates fill quickly (especially weekends). Larger or custom events may require more notice.
Do you do dessert boxes for weddings and large events?
Definitely. Our dessert boxes make perfect guest favours, dessert table additions, or thank-you gifts. Select your event date at checkout or chat with us for a custom package.
Can you customise packages for events?
Yes — from mini puddings for grazing tables to fully branded dessert boxes, we’ll tailor everything to your event so it’s sweet, sticky, and unforgettable. 🍮
How long do Sticky Bakes last?
Our desserts are best enjoyed fresh but will keep up to 5 days in the fridge. For the ultimate experience, heat before serving.
Are your products nut-free / gluten-free / dairy-free?
Some of our desserts don’t contain nuts, gluten, or dairy, but all are made in a kitchen that handles these allergens. Please check product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Do you use premium ingredients?
Always. Every pudding is baked with care using high-quality ingredients for that rich, luxe flavour you can taste in every bite. 😉
